Returns and Refunds Policy

At SAKSBY WHOLESALE, we strive to ensure your home goods arrive in perfect condition, but we offer a 30-day window for returns on items that do not meet your expectations. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your wholesale account and submit a return request through the 'Order History' section within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Wait for our quality control team to review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, clearly labeling the exterior with your RMA number before shipping to our central distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the goods for damages, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
